We accept UPI through our payment partner MMADPay. UPI works with any UPI app — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or any bank's UPI service. Because every product is a digital download delivered by email, UPI is the only payment method we offer.

Yes. The entire site runs on HTTPS/TLS encryption. UPI transactions are processed end-to-end by our gateway partner. We do not store any UPI ID, PIN, OTP or banking credentials on our systems — only the transaction reference number for reconciliation.

You can cancel any time before payment simply by not completing it — nothing is charged. Once payment succeeds, the ebook is emailed to you immediately and the sale is complete, so it cannot be cancelled after that point. If the file never arrived or you were charged twice, write to contact@vinahim.com with your order number and we will sort it out.

UPI declines are usually due to bank-side timeouts, daily UPI limits, or a temporary outage of the UPI app. No amount is deducted in such cases. You may simply retry the payment or switch to a different UPI app. If money left your account but you received no ebook, email us your order number and UPI reference and we will trace it.

Yes. All prices on the Website are inclusive of GST. The GST breakdown appears on the invoice that accompanies your order.

Everything we sell is a digital PDF. The moment your UPI payment clears, the ebook is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, as an attachment plus a secure download link. Nothing is posted to you, so there is no courier, no address dependency and no waiting.

It is instant — typically within a minute of payment. If the email has not arrived after a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is still missing, write to contact@vinahim.com with your order number and we will resend it right away.

None. Delivery is digital and always free. The price you see is the total you pay, inclusive of GST — there are no shipping fees, handling fees or hidden charges of any kind.

Yes. Because delivery is by email, our ebooks can be read anywhere in the world. Payment is processed in Indian rupees via UPI, so you will need a UPI method that supports it.

For life. The PDF is yours to keep, save and re-read on any device. If we release an updated edition of a guide you have purchased, we send you the new version free of charge.

Because every product is a digital file delivered instantly, purchases are generally final once the ebook has been sent — a download cannot be returned. We do refund genuine problems, such as a duplicate charge, a payment taken with no ebook delivered, or a file that is corrupted and cannot be opened. First check your spam and promotions folders, as automated emails with attachments sometimes land there. If it is genuinely missing, email contact@vinahim.com with your order number and UPI reference. We will resend the file, or refund you in full if we cannot deliver it.

Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days and are credited back to the original UPI account, typically within 5–7 business days from initiation depending on your bank.

Our ebooks are standard PDFs that open in any free reader — Adobe Acrobat Reader, Google Drive, Apple Books, or your phone or browser's built-in viewer. If a file appears damaged, tell us and we will send a fresh copy immediately.

Your purchase is a personal, non-transferable licence for your own use. Copying, redistributing, uploading or reselling the file is not permitted and infringes our copyright. If you would like copies for a team or classroom, contact us about a bulk licence.
